When battle-hardened Navy SEALs bring in a known terrorist and then face court martial charges this country has a serious problem when it comes to winning a war. This particular group of SEALs were successful in hunting down and capturing, alive, Ahmed Hashim Abed. In 2004 Abed, the alleged planner, was responsible for helping to ambush and murder four Blackwater security guards then mutilating and dragging their bodies through the streets of Fallujah before hanging two of the burned bodies from a bridge.

Three Navy SEALs now face various charges after apprehending Abed to include dereliction of duty, willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official statement, and assault.

Back in June 2005 Navy SEAL Marcus Luttrell and his team mates faced a politically correct conundrum when three goat herders compromised their position on a barren mountain top in Afghanistan during a secret operation to capture a high-ranking Taliban leader . The goat herders were set free only to notify local Taliban that quickly pursued the SEALs and eventually resulted in the deaths of 19 warriors.

The problem lies with the lily-livered, spineless political leadership of this country that has a problem calling war – war. A leadership that sees fit to impose restricting rules of engagement on our troops that aids and abets our enemies. These ROE’s burden and hinder our warriors’ ability to overpower and annihalate enemy combatants.

Citizens of America must pause and reflect on which side our country’s leadership stands and supports. This warped and perverted PC mindset has allowed this war to go on for many years now. It is a sick political correctness that urges one’s stomach contents to creep up into the back of the throat.

There appears to be no tolerance for military success when brave men risk their lives and are then punished over a bloody lip. Once upon a time it was acceptable to crush and destroy our enemies, now we coddle and pamper them. Abed is using a ploy right out of the Taliban terrorist handbook. Get captured and immediately accuse your captors of abuse. He knows that there are enough panty-waist sympathizers in America to give him credibility including the Commander-in-Chief.

This Abed character needs to point himself east, get down on his knees and thank his Allah that all he has is a bloody lip.

When we were young many of us were taught that lying, hiding or covering up the truth was wrong and not to be tolerated. It appears the Army has still not learned this lesson.

In the case of Major Nidal Malik Hasan, choosing to ignore the events that led to the indiscrimate massacre of soldiers at Fort Hood was equivalent to a cover-up.

“This terrible event would be an even greater tragedy if our diversity becomes a casualty”
~General George Casey, Jr., the Chief of Staff of the Army

After a statement like that maybe it’s General Casey that’s in need of a psychological evaluation. What happened in his career to turn him into a present day politically correct commando? Is it any wonder that we are still embroiled in a war with Islamic extremists when we have top military commanders embracing this attitude? The attitude appears to have trickled down and permeated throughout the entire Army causing good people to turn their backs on suspicious behavior and Islamic extremist ramblings. Hasan was terrorizing hospital staff long before his shooting rampage. Anyone reporting such behavior and rhetoric were in fear of putting their own careers in jeopardy. That would explain the cover up or need to tread lightly in the name of diversity.

We live in an age of fighting politically correct wars. No longer is it enough to use overwhelming force to subdue our enemies and meet our objectives quickly. Our troops live and die by Rules of Engagement that hinder tactical goals and benefit our enemies. Taliban and al Qaeda forces fully embrace these rules and use them to their advantage against American forces. Hasan used this same mentality to his advantage knowing there would be no repercusions toward his outrageous rantings.

What does it say when a top military General finds it necessary to remind everyone that the Army practices diversity in the face of adversity? Political correctness is alive and well in the United States Army.

Today, in a show of support, Donald Trump endorsed Carrie Prejean, Miss California USA, and stated that she would be allowed to keep her title. There was questionable controversy over some partially nude photos as well as Miss Prejean’s opposition to same-sex marriage.

At the Miss America Pageant, Carrie Prejean was asked her opinion on same-sex marriage. She stated that her belief was marriage is between one man and one woman. Well blow me down, this sent the kook fringe zealots right into orbit. A little advice – if you’re not ready for an opinionated answer that may put your panties in a knot then don’t ask the question. What followed was a frenzied tizzy that erupted into an unprecedented firestorm of hate and vitriol directed toward this Miss America contestant. She was excoriated by self indulging, spotlight seeking, insecure twits.

Now the liberal left would like you to think that they are the party of compassion and understanding but their deeds and words, once again, indicate otherwise. And make no mistake these loathing hate-mongers that have been attacking Miss Prejean thoroughly support and embrace the Democratic Party. Their message of endorsing same-sex marriage is getting lost in their message of hate. Since when does an innocent, honest opinion based on Biblical belief equate to hate?

It bears repeating, the President of the United States of America shares the same opinion as Miss California USA when it comes to same-sex marriage. Where is the outcry?

Talk radio show host Michael Savage has been publicly and officially banned from entering the United Kingdom by Britian’s Home Secretary Jacqui Smith. Is this an attempt to appease the politically correct crowd in England?

While Michael Savage has strong opinions it probably doesn’t warrant sharing the list of 22 banned people (16 publically named, 6 identities withheld) that include KKK Grand Wizard Don Black, Rev. Fred Phelps and his daughter, Shirley Phelps-Roper who, along with their followers, frequently picket funerals of fallen soldiers from Iraq, Russian skinheads, and known murders and terrorists throughout the world.

The British government explained that Savage made the list for “seeking to provoke others to serious criminal acts and fostering hatred which might lead to inter-community violence.” There is no known case of this ever happening. There is a reason why he has a large radio audience – people listen to him and he generates revenue. That does not mean that people agree with him or follow in his footsteps. Hate in the United States is completely acceptable if it is directed at a conservative Republican. Any opinion that goes against the liberal agenda is considered unacceptable hate.

Savage is now threatening to sue the British government and specifically wants his name removed from the banned list and an apology from Jacqui Smith for defamation of character. He states English lawyers are standing by to represent this case.

Although not in their jurisdiction, will the ACLU stand by Michael Savage in a show of support for free speech?

For now, all you English politically correct libs can sleep sound tonight with the knowledge that Michael Savage will not be invading your country any time soon. Long live freedom of speech!

A recently unearthed video captures Prince Harry making derogatory remarks back in 2006. These are remarks coming from a soldier in the midst of preparing for combat. I can only imagine the worse thing I had to endure during a lengthy military career was a derogatory remark. There’s many a time I would have gladly traded a derogatory remark directed at me in lieu of the duty I was ordered to perform.

The video on the BBC news website has this ominous warning, Guidance: This video contains some strong language. Whew! Thanks for the warning. Has the world become this thin-skinned? If so, the next time that there is a combat skirmish how about the two sides exchange derogatory insults at each other and the side that gets their feelings hurt the most loses.

Looks like a politically correct contest between the American and British news media outlets. The point being is this episode really deserving of front page news fodder? Probably not. Should Prince Harry have said what he said? Probably not. But put into the context of the time, place and what was said this is a rather lame front page news story. All you desk-sitting pen-pushers out there need to get a life and report on the real news. It’s a safe bet that Harry has contributed more to the service of his country than the whole lot of you blokes. Long live Prince Harry!

It seems the United States is able to export something after all – Political Correctness. In a recent Snickers candy bar commercial Mr. T accuses a speedwalking man of not running like a real man. He then proceeds to fire Snickers bars at him in an attempt to have him run rather than speedwalk through the neighborhood. This has apparently offended some. First aired in Britian, the ad was pulled and was never shown in the United States. Who are these thin-skinned wimps that exert that much power and influence over a major corporation? After all, speedwalking is funny to watch and this commercial was very funny. Had these human rights groups not said anything I would never had known to associate speedwalking with homosexuality. This is one more case of big business bowing down to a special interest group. I would suggest that Mars Inc. eat one of their Snickers bars and get some nuts because in the words of Mr. T, “I pity the fools!”
